Overcoming Your Past

Course Begins: Registration is currently closed.

“The past is a place of reference, not a place of residence.” -Anonymous

Do you spend time overthinking the past?
Do the challenges of your past dictate your future?
Do you find yourself stuck in life, because of what “should not have happened?”
Do you want to stop allowing the past to continue to plague and sabotage you in the present?
Do you find yourself stuck living in the past, mentally tormented and emotionally exhausted about events that transpired days, weeks, months or even years earlier?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then this course is for you!

Course Background:
Essential to what we think, feel, say and do is our life-guiding philosophy, the attitudes, beliefs and rules for living, we bring to each moment. This philosophy of life is influenced by past experiences, particularly our beliefs about what occurred are carried with us in the present.  The focus of this mini-course are the beliefs that have proven to be self-sabotaging. Although we cannot change the past, this course provides insights and skills that can help us change how the past will inform our present and our aspirations for the future—actualizing the conviction: “the past is a place of reference, not a place of residence.”
